Groton Battles Gov's to a Tie
The GVH team traveled to Byfield on Wednesday evening for an important ISL matchup. It was a back and forth game - with both teams leading and coming from behind each at different points of the game. Grace Crowley '22, Clara Quinlan '23, and Dani Shyjan '25 picked up the goals for the Zebras. Elizabeth Jacobsson '25 got her first career start in net - kicking out 18 saves in the tie.
The girls have a day off to prepare before they head across town to battle LA on Friday afternoon at 4:45pm.
