Zebras Tie Mustangs

Groton battled to a 1-1 tie against ISL opponent Milton Academy on Monday afternoon. Milton scored midway through the first and it remained 1-0 until the final two minutes of the game. Tina Scalese '26 found Keira Ley '24 on the far point who buried a laser past the Milton goalie. Groton controlled must of the 2nd, 3rd, and OT - but couldn't find the back of the net. 

Veronika Hadamovsky '24 played well in net - kicking out 23 saves in the tie. Back to work tomorrow as the Zebras prepared for Middlesex School on Wednesday evening (5:30pm @ MX).
