A few friends and I decided to head up to the roof of the building we were sitting in, look over the city, and eat some of our native jollof rice for dinner. Taking in the scenes from NYC and wrapping up the summer getting ready to return back to Groton reminded me of the beautiful sunsets seen from outside of the Schoolhouse in the fall. It’s almost time for me to start the school year as a Sixth Former (senior), and I will be leading a Third Form dorm. I’m ready for the ride!
