Groton Edges Past Tabor Academy

A brace from Osric King was enough to get Groton past Tabor in a spirited contest.  All three goals were created in the second half. Osric opened the scoring with a simple tap-in off a well-guided header from Lars Fritze - itself destined for the back of the net.  A long-range shot from Tabor left Alex Schade with little chance midway through the period, but with a few minutes left in game Osric secured victory for the Zebras with a determined solo effort and neat finish from close range.
