Day 11: A Heartfelt Charity Concert in the City of Jindrichuv Hradec
Halfway through our drive to Jindrichuv Hradec, we decided to leave Salzburg with a parting gift: DO RE MI acapella!
Arranged by our very own Alexander Newman, we performed the song on the side of the road (do not fret, it is recorded) and even attracted an audience.
Scrambling back onto the bus, we set out for Jindrichuv Hradec and, once we arrived, enjoyed a nice lunch. Despite the heat, we powered through and schvitzed our way through rehearsal, determined to produce superb music.
After dinner, the heat tapered and we got ready for the concert to come. As we tuned our instruments, more and more people streamed in. Finally, with minutes to go before the start, the organizer of the concert explained the proceeds of the concert going towards a charity that aided those in need, including buying essential items for Ukrainian refugees.

We kept this in mind and performed some great music!
