GVH Knocks Off the Dragons
The girls varsity hockey team traveled to Middletown, RI on Saturday afternoon to take on St. George's School. Goals were scored by Karenna Beckstein '23 (GWG) and Dani Shyjan '25 - with Shyjan and Maddie Cronan '25 picking up the assists. Veronika Hadamovsky '24 earned her third shutout of the season - kicking out 14 saves in the win.
Groton has a big week ahead of them as they host Thayer on Wednesday (Senior Day) and travel to St. Mark's on Saturday afternoon.
