Groton Holds Off Roxbury Latin for a 3-2 Victory

Groton School secured a thrilling 3-2 victory over Roxbury Latin, improving their record to 2-1-0. Sixth Form goalie Wes DiModica earned the win in net, anchoring the team to a strong performance.

Zach Baker opened the scoring early in the first period, assisted by Rafael Aberbach and Elliot Wood. Shortly after, Nate Moons found the back of the net, with Aberbach and Wood picking up their second assists of the game.

In the second period, Connor Wig extended Groton's lead with a goal assisted by KJ Ni and Nolan Wilson. Despite a late push from Roxbury Latin, Groton held on for the hard-fought win.
